It's an intense, fast-paced business and we need people who thrive under that kind of pressure. People who enjoy being visible, and are just as comfortable out on the shop floor as they are making big commercial decisions. Ideally you'll come from a fashion background, although we're happy to consider people from other areas. Either way, you'll bring that rare combination of visual flair and the ability to manage a high turnover of stock.
