Ultimately it's up to you to make the most of the opportunities that come your way, but that doesn't mean we won't be there to support you.
As one of our Managers, we'll work with you to identify your training requirements and create a personal development plan. There are all sorts of ways we can help you build up your skills and prepare you for your next move: from self-development booklets outlining specific competencies, on-the-job activities and recommended reading; to workshops focusing on key areas such as Coaching, Influencing, Leadership, Loss Prevention and Health and Safety.
And whilst we'll be doing everything we can to help you reach your full potential, you'll be doing the same for your colleagues - helping emerging talent to establish key skills and work their way on to the Retail Management Training programme.
